Farmer leaders hail PM Modi’s choice to repeal farm legal guidelines on Guru Nanak Jayanti

Farmer leaders throughout nation have welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s choice to repeal the three contentious farm legal guidelines. Hailing PM Modi’s announcement, farmer leaders mentioned that it’s a good transfer taken by the federal government on the auspicious Guru Nanak Jayanti. They mentioned that they’ll sit collectively and resolve upon the PM Modi’s enchantment from the protesting farmers to return to their houses.

Hailing PM Modi’s choice to repeal farm legal guidelines; Joginder Singh Ugrahan, the chief of Bharatiyan Kisan Union’s (BKU) Ugrahan faction mentioned, “It is a good move by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of Gurupurab.” Requested about prime minister’s enchantment to protesting farmers to return to their houses, Ugrahan mentioned, “Farmers’ unions will sit together and decide the future course of action.”

BKU (Ugrahan) is the most important among the many all protesting farmers unions and are protesting on the Tikri border. Ugrahan faction of the BKU has sizeable presence throughout Punjab.

Echoing with Joginder Singh Ugrahan’s views; Krishan Bir Chaudhary, President, Bharat Krishak Samaj — India’s largest farmer organisation mentioned, “It’s a welcome move by the Indian Prime Minister as the decision will put confusions regarding the three farm laws to rest.”

Krishan Bir Chaudhary of Bharat Krishak Samaj mentioned that three farm legal guidelines have been mendacity in limbo because of the ongoing listening to within the Supreme Courtroom of India and protesting farmers at Tikri border. So, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s choice to repeal the farm legal guidelines is anticipated to convey normalcy in farmers’ lives. Nonetheless, he maintained that there was nothing fallacious within the farm legal guidelines because it was aimed to safeguarding the curiosity of small and marginal farmers.

Following the announcement of the repealing of the three Central farm legal guidelines, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday assured the countrymen that no matter he’s doing is for the welfare of the nation.

“We have decided to repeal all three farm laws, will begin the procedure at the Parliament session that begins this month. I urge farmers to return home to their families and let us start afresh,” he urged.
